Abstract

|
Three cases of opponensplasties were experienced at the Department of Orthopedic Surgery, Chosun University Hospital. Two cases were used flexor carpi ulnaris to obtain a opposition of the thumb, and a case was used extensor carpi ulnaris. The appearance of the hand after this operation was same as normal pattern and the result of these cases were very excellent. A review of literatures is included.
